Metacom BPO is in need of Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representative for TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOME / HYBRID Work Setup! Earn up to 26,000 monthly basic.Job qualifications:

  • Must be willing to work at home and onsite ( Quezon City Site )
  • MUST BE A RESIDENT of Metro Manila
  • Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Good to excellent English communication skills
  • With basic computer knowledge
  • Amenable to work in shifting schedule
  • At least High School or Senior High School graduate
Job Responsibilities:
  • checks mail, fax and electronic mail to provide customer help.
  • Manages computer/on-line instructions for the goal of responding to client concerns..
  • Communicates with client on the phone or through written correspondence to take care of issues.
  • Discovering the customers' expectations via effective listening and questioning skills
  • Dealing Operating with all calls politely, , courteously, professionally & assertively
