Job Description
Metacom BPO is in need of Call Center Agents / Customer Service Representative for TEMPORARY WORK FROM HOME / HYBRID Work Setup! Earn up to 26,000 monthly basic.Job qualifications:
- Must be willing to work at home and onsite ( Quezon City Site )
- MUST BE A RESIDENT of Metro Manila
- Must have at least 6 months of BPO experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- With basic computer knowledge
- Amenable to work in shifting schedule
- At least High School or Senior High School graduate
- checks mail, fax and electronic mail to provide customer help.
- Manages computer/on-line instructions for the goal of responding to client concerns..
- Communicates with client on the phone or through written correspondence to take care of issues.
- Discovering the customers' expectations via effective listening and questioning skills
- Dealing Operating with all calls politely, , courteously, professionally & assertively
