Addresses cancellation requests and does saving efforts by turning these into downgrades, payment holidays or one-off donations
Conducts outbound calls to donors with requests or as needed
Helps monitor donations through various platforms
Prepares Certificate of donation
Coordinates donor chargebacks and pullout of forms
Records any donor data changes of requests during calls and updates records accordingly, in coordination with the Database Management Unit
