Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handles inbound calls
  • Schedules donation pick-up requests
  • Tracks and calls donors who leave a message
  • Conducts daily messenger tracking
  • Addresses cancellation requests and does saving efforts by turning these into downgrades, payment holidays or one-off donations
  • Conducts outbound calls to donors with requests or as needed
  • Helps monitor donations through various platforms
  • Prepares Certificate of donation
  • Coordinates donor chargebacks and pullout of forms
  • Records any donor data changes of requests during calls and updates records accordingly, in coordination with the Database Management Unit
