Job Description
- Partner with Product sales Specialists in satisfying the after-sales demands of a given user base.
- Answer individual inquiries, as well as consult individuals to obtain full knowledge of what information is being asked for.
- Schedules work to ensure accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.
