Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about the product, pricing, and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• Preferably completed 2 years in college.
• Must have more than 6 months of call center experience handling international accounts.
• Profile flexibility: Accepting High school or Senior High school graduates with at least 2 years of international BPO exp

Excellent communication skills are a must.

• Has a good customer service orientation
• Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Job Details:

• 19K Basic Salary + up to 34K Account Incentive
• 15% Night differential
