Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Job Qualifications:
  • Must 2nd yr College Undergraduate
  • With or without BPO experience
  • Must have strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Can do onsite work in Pampanga
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) with at least 1-year BPO experience and have excellent communication skillsJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to Php24,000.00 per monthBenefits:

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
