Requirements :

  • Must be at least a High school Graduate, College Grads are welcome to apply
  • With At least 3 months BPO Experience
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Work From Home Capable
Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service
  • Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail
  • Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer
  • Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
  • Describes products and services properly and efficiently
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduateSalary: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per monthBenefits:

  • 8 hour shift

  • 13th month salary
