Position Title: Call Centre Support
Working Location: Ubi
Working Hours: 4 days a week (12 hours day/ night shift)
Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,400
Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable)
Key Responsibilities
To call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated.
Manage & resolve customers’ feedback.
Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Able to multi-task on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
Able to liaise fluently with English and Malay-speaking customers.
Adhoc duties as required

Minimum qualification: Diploma or equivalent
Bilingual in Malay & English to liaise with Malay-speaking counterpart
Relevant experience in Call Centre.
Knowledge of Call Centre telephony and technology.
