Job Description


StarMed is a one-stop day-surgery and multi-disciplinary medical centre that offers quality day surgeries and diagnostic services at competitive private sector prices. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Attending to phone calls, emails, and general inquiries
  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Work closely with inter-department and manage appointment bookings through phone and emails
  • Preparation of documents and reports
  • Performing administrative duties and any other duties as assigned
Requirement
  • Customer-oriented and possess excellent telephone etiquette
  • Good team player who is able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task; a self-starter to learn new things/ skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as google sheets
  • Relevant experience in call center, healthcare, or customer service industry will be advantageous
Work week
  • 5.5 work day week. Monday to Friday. Saturday half day
