Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, with empathy and care
Follow up on hospital bill payments and manage receivables
Provide billing information and support patient inquiries
Assist customers in navigating digital payment portal services
Send statements of accounts and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes
Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring quality service
Requirements:
Good in verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Customer-oriented with a passion for helping others
Proactive, committed, and self-motivated
Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
At least a Higher Secondary/Pre-U/A Level/College education or relevant certification
Prior call center experience is a plus
Additional Information:
Salary - S$2.5K to S$3K
Contract duration: 12-month contract
Commencement Date: Immediate
Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
