Call Centre Agent (inbound)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone and/or email.
- Follow-up on outstanding cases and perform call-back to customers when necessary
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Candidate must possess minimum \'O\' Levels or equivalent
- Highly adaptable to a fast-paced and a dynamic environment
- Experience in customer service or call centre is advantageous
- Able to converse in two or more languages
- 8.30am \xe2\x80\x93 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
- May be required to work on a Saturday on occasions
