Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service hotline and provide first level of support
- Provide quality customer service to customers over the phone.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customer needs
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned
- Singaporean only
- O Level and above
- Proficient in relevant computer applications (Microsoft Applications)
- Able to multitask
- Able to commit to office hours desk-bound (official working hours from 8.30am to 5.30pm from Mondays to Fridays)
- Training will be provided
- 12 weeks probation period apply
- Starting basic salary range of $1,600 to $1,700 with confirmation increment depending on performance
- Incentives may be applicable upon confirmation and depending on eligibility
- Workplace is at 203 Henderson Road, Henderson Industrial Park Wing B #10-13 Singapore 159546
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
- 13th month salary
- GCE \'O\' Level or GCE \'N\' Level (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
