As a member of the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback.
You will also be involved in supporting service operations and deployment to improve customers\' experience.
Requirements:
Minimum N levels
Resilience - Able to take stress due to high call volumes and keeping to quality standards. Able to take scolding from demanding patients.
Multi-task - Able to handle a few system at one go.
Fast - Fast worker, fast thinker and fast learner
Adaptive - Able to adapt to new workflow and guidelines
Customer Service - Like such a role and ability to manage this aspect.
Desk bound - Comfortable desk bound and accept taking calls all day long.
