Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the Contact Centre, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments, promoting hospital services, handling enquires and feedback.
  • You will also be involved in supporting service operations and deployment to improve customers\' experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum N levels
  • Resilience - Able to take stress due to high call volumes and keeping to quality standards. Able to take scolding from demanding patients.
  • Multi-task - Able to handle a few system at one go.
  • Fast - Fast worker, fast thinker and fast learner
  • Adaptive - Able to adapt to new workflow and guidelines
  • Customer Service - Like such a role and ability to manage this aspect.
  • Desk bound - Comfortable desk bound and accept taking calls all day long.
