Job Description
:Location: UbiSalary: Up to $2,400 + OTPosition: Call Centre AssistantWorking Hours: Mondays to Fridays: 0800hrs to 1730hrs. Saturday (Alternate): 0800hrs to 1200hrsJob descriptions:
- Handle phone calls from customers
- Make an appointment for customers for servicing or repair
- Assist with service advisors on call centre matters.
- Perform active calling to customers to remind customers on the service due and to propose a scheduled appointment
- Responsible to reply any incoming email for servicing appointment
- Perform follow-up call on any related recall or service campaign
- General admin duties
- Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time
- Experience in customer service ground
- Customer oriented with high-level of service attitude
- Hardworking, outgoing and enthusiastic
- Must be comfortable with overtime work
