Description
& Requirements
- Receive incoming emergency calls;
- Generate Emergency Call Taking (ECT) form via the Authority\xe2\x80\x99s incident management IT system;
- Retrieve incident location from caller;
- Determine the incident categories from information provided by the caller;
- Input required details into ECT form;
- Perform telephone triaging and medical advisories to callers for medical calls based on the guidelines provided by the Authority;
