You would most probably be a customer of our client. They play an important role in Singapore\'s public transport system by being the middleman between you, the commuter, and all the other parts that help to make it world-class.

Scope of Position :

Responsibilities

  • Manage and roster a team of Customer Relations Officers
  • Liaise with landlord/vendor with regards to utilities and building services/facilities and systems issues
  • Assist in escalated complaints and investigation
  • Work the floor and resolve staff issue
  • Update documentation pertaining to operations
  • Ensure procedures, processes and service level are being followed for any operations
  • Periodic review of the call centre operations and report any gaps and issues
Requirements:
  • Diploma holder and above
  • 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a contact centre
  • Able to do work independently and a team player
Salary Range
  • Basic + Transport Allowance + AWS + VB
Working Locations:
  • Tanjong Pagar
Working Hours:
  • Working hours: Shift work, required to work on weekends, 8.00am 5.30pm / 8.30am 6.00pm, off on PH
