Jobscope:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints through various channels (phone, email, and chat).
Accurately process customer orders to ensure timely delivery in line with company standards, procedures, and policies.
Demonstrate strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and recommendations about the company's food offerings.
Handle customer concerns regarding product quality, delivery, or service, and resolve issues promptly while maintaining positive relationships.
Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, orders, complaints, and resolutions using CRM systems or databases.
Coordinate with internal teams such as sales, production, and logistics to ensure smooth handling of customer requests and issues.
Record and share customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints to help identify areas for improvement.
Monitor recurring issues and collaborate with relevant departments to improve workflows and enhance customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships by delivering exceptional service that drives loyalty and retention.
