Job Description
Call Centre Support X 2 - Ubi Road ( 1 year Renewable contract)- To call inbound customers to provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated- Manage & Resolve customer's feedback- Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner- Able to multi-task on tasks given by your Supervisor /Manager- Relevant educational qualification in Diploma / Degree- Relevant experience in Call Centre- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices- Proficient in relevant computer applications and Microsoft Office- Good Data entry and typing skills- On the job training provided- 2 shifts ( 8 am - 8pm / 8pm to 8 am- work 4 days and rest 3 days )- Basic salary: S$ 2000- S$ 2400 neg ( Excluding OT and allowance)Interested Candidates please update your Microsoft Words Resume to [ Email address blocked ] Eng Yee Lee (R1876385) @ Union Manpower Services Pte Ltd (95C4597)
