To call inbound customers and provide information pertaining to the required tasks allocated.
Manage & resolve customers feedback.
Prepare and analyse reports and relay important information to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
Able to multi-task on tasks given by your Supervisor/Manager
Able to liaise fluently with English and Chinese-speaking customers.
Adhoc duties as required
Requirements
Relevant educational qualifications in Diploma/ Degree.
Relevant experience in Call Centre.
Knowledge of Call Centre telephony and technology.
Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
Proficient in relevant computer applications and Microsoft office.
Good data entry and typing skills.
Knowledge in administrative & clerical processes.
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work with datelines and pressure
On the job training provided
Good working attitude and self-motivated
