Responsible for individual KPI
Attend to calls/emails enquiries
Perform call consultation and secure appointments with prospects
Achieve monthly targets
Engage and establish relationship with prospects from daily-assigned pool of leads
Maintain a high standard of professionalism and service during call and text with prospect
Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or the management
