Oversee clinic availability based on doctors\' request
Ensure patients are well informed on their scheduled appointments
Ensure all new doctors are aware and clinics are running on time
Manage appointment booking through system and follow up
Handle call enquiries internally and externally
Requirements:
Possess call centre experience
Passion in communication and customer service
