Job Description
Job Scope:
- Engage with members of the public at various locations to promote the SG Culture Pass campaign
- Guide users through the redemption process
- Provide information about participating arts & heritage institutions and current exhibitions/programmes
- Assist visitors with Q&A on SG Culture Pass
- Collect feedback from users and report common issues or suggestions
Contract Duration: 6 weeks (Sept to Oct)
Locations: island-wide -- Yishun / Bedok preferred
Working Hours:
5 Working Days/Week, 7-8 Hours/Day
Based on assigned centre's operating hours (10am - 6pm/9am - 6pm)
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic digital literacy and familiarity with mobile applications
- Able to work weekends
- Willing to travel to different location if required
