Job Description

This is a technical hands-on role which will play an integral part in executing and administering multi-channel marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have in depth experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and a proven track record of owning personalization to increase customer interaction. Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) is a pioneer and leading multi-function Shared Services Center in the Philippines located in Makati City. With a workforce of more than 1,000, CHI delivers business services and solutions in areas such as finance, human resources, procurement, marketing support and information technology. Chevron is accepting online applications for the Campaign Designerposition. Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

• Define, build and maintain multi-channel customer journeys
• QA & sign-off on content, journey function, experience
• Ownership and stewarding of personalization capabilities
• Build, test and maintain key content templates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years marketing automation experience
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator certification
• Expertise working with marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email/Mobile/Interaction Studio
• In-depth understanding of APEX and REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of marketing automation best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certification
