We are looking to employ an experienced recruitment consultant to serve as a brand ambassador for a major organization. The candidate consultant will be responsible for attracting the right candidates for positions with clients' companies, implementing programs to screen candidates, assessing their CVs, and matching them with the vacancies available. To be successful as a candidate consultant, you should display excellent writing skills when communicating with role players, and when drafting advertisements. An outstanding candidate consultant should also possess a network of talent to meet the organization's staffing requirements. What this role entail Networking, and developing new business relationships. Assisting high calibre candidates find amazing new opportunities. Achieving set targets and working to deadlines. Able to overcome challenges. Able to think on your feet and show initiative. Influential and be able to change an individual's mind. Responsibilities: Screenpotential candidates. Arrange advertisements for publishing. Assess potential candidates. Draw up shortlists. Set up interviews. Interview candidates that match the position. Make notes on potential candidates. Report to the Principal Consultant/HR Manager. Skills & Requirement: Applicant with recruitment/ HR background will be preferred CEI Certified would be an advantage Ambitious and resilient individuals with a great sense of personal drive Excellent verbal communication skills An impressive telephone manner The ability to be proactive, a confident and positive attitude Exceptional relationship building and networking skills Desire to work in a highly goal-oriented environment Confidence in speaking with Decision Makers Preferred bilingual capabilities as this role will work in a regional market
