Details of the Division and Team:

This role sits within the Corporate Bank (CB) Compliance team, which as a control function is responsible for advising, challenging and monitoring the CB businesses in complying with applicable rules, regulations, guidelines and industry best practices.

The CB Compliance Global Coordinator works closely with the Global Head CB Compliance and the Regional Heads on a broad range of operational and strategic tasks, incl. CB BLC RCRM-related book of work in annual risk assessment life cycle.

Your key responsibilities:

Coordinating and executing CB BLC RCRM-related book of work in annual risk assessment life cycle

Supporting the CB Compliance Global Head and Regional Heads on Compliance initiatives, BAU and the shaping of the strategic agenda of CB Compliance.

Supporting in delivery of the annual CB Compliance Plan

Supporting overall governance of CB BLC incl. lead the MI reporting, regular meeting preparation and follow-up, maintain escalation trackers and documentation where necessary.

Working with the CB Compliance Global Head and other stakeholders to ensure the framework of global, regional and product policies, procedures, training, risk assessment, monitoring etc.are sufficiently comprehensive, up to date, effective and consistent.

Assisting in the implementation of regulatory change program within Compliance.

Supporting/ coordinating audit, remediation or transformation work in CB Compliance.

Supporting in the development of training content.

Your skills and experience:

Minimum bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from accredited university.

Min 5 years of experience in Business Line Compliance (BLC), similar function and / or risk assessment role at a major investment bank

Proven track record in delivery on Compliance and regulatory initiatives, e.g., roll out of Compliance policies, procedures, risk assessment frameworks and enhancements to the control environment.

Interpersonal skills with experience of managing senior key stakeholder relationships.

Can do attitude and strong influencing skills

Role is required to be performed on-site at One Raffles Quay office. Relevant vaccination requirements may apply.
