What You'll ExperienceDifferentiated Internship: You'll dive into a topical investment project, conduct deep research, and present your findings to senior investors. You'll be given full autonomy to drive your research, and your work will add value to the investment group. Who Should Apply?
We welcome applications from undergraduate and master's students (non-MBA) graduating between December 2026 and July 2027.

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
