Job summary

Main responsibilities

Application monitoring responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Define and implement in coordination with the build team the needed application monitoring
\xc2\xb7 Supervise and monitor daily and monthly chains and handle user request by working closely with project, infrastructure and production teams
\xc2\xb7 Support overnight batches which take place during the Singapore Morning and early afternoon time to ensure that problems are swiftly analyzed and resolved to minimize down-time.
\xc2\xb7 Process and issue daily, weekly and monthly reporting on data quality of risk chain in which the activity is usually more intense on monthly run.

Incidents and Requests management (business users and others IT teams)
\xc2\xb7 Provide level 1 and level 2 application support to the business users (trader, risk manager, market risk monitoring operator, back-office and middle-office analyst, market data administrator,\xe2\x80\xa6)
\xc2\xb7 Analyze and manage incidents/problems/requests coming

Problem management and continuous improvement
\xc2\xb7 Prepare and maintain knowledge base for each of the application in the scope of the team in coordination with the build team and the ops team
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with build team to assess the priority of the problem and follow-up the resolution, even contributing to the definition of long term solution.
\xc2\xb7 Provide non-functional requirement to the build team to implement monitoring as code whenever available.

The Support analyst should have a pro-active mindset in security, incident preventive measures, productivity and global improvement of the quality of service. Candidate should have a strong appetite in the capital market functional business.

Qualifications and Profile

Candidates should have 12+ years experience in support activity.
\xc2\xb7 Candidates should have ITIL certification.
\xc2\xb7 Should be able to do
o SLA & KPI management, client communication & interaction
o Predictive analysis, consulting, escalation management
o Risk analysis and project execution
\xc2\xb7 Appetite for continuous improvement, out of the box solution and automation mindset
\xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge in XML, SQL, PL/SQL, MQ Series, CFT and Control-M.
\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of monitoring solution (E.g ITRS Geneos)
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
\xc2\xb7 Ability to work well under pressure
\xc2\xb7 Autonomous, self motivated and excellent team player
\xc2\xb7 Strong perseverance and diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

Optional
\xc2\xb7 General banking and finance understanding and knowledge
\xc2\xb7 Understanding of trade life cycle, financial products (Treasury, FX, Bonds, Credit, IRD\xe2\x80\xa6)
