Line of Service AssuranceIndustry/Sector Not ApplicableSpecialism CMAAS (Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services)Management Level Senior Manager & SummaryAs a Senior Manager or experienced Manager, you will lead a project team in providing innovative accounting and financial reporting solutions for our clients in the region, especially for financial services clients and projects related to financial instruments. These solutions cover a wide range of transactions including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, implementation of accounting or reporting requirements / standards as follows:Technical accounting advisory on IFRS or other GAAP requirements, especially on IFRS 9IFRS 9 ECL review and validationImplementation of new accounting or reporting requirements / standardsEmbedding reporting / accounting changes to the client\xe2\x80\x99s systems, models, controls and processesProviding solutions to reporting systems implementation including IFRS 9 system e.g. data specification, UAT support etc.Structuring transactions or financial productsPreparing financial statements including carve out, pro-forma, IFRS 7 disclosures etc.Accounting and reporting matters for the end-to-end IPO journey, including improving accounting policy and documentation and enhancing reporting processes and disclosures.RequirementsIdeally a graduate with accounting or finance qualificationKnowledge about financial instruments and IFRS 9, especially ECL.
