Job Scope:
The department is responsible for development and maintenance of Risk and Finance applications used by worldwide users covering Market Risk, Counterparty Risk, Finance and Capital Markets domains.In a challenging and multicultural environment, the candidate will join a dynamic team of experts to support and enhance the bank\'s transaction reporting capabilities across all jurisdictions. The candidate will be the subject matter expert in transaction reporting, having a wide understanding of regulation challenges, keeping a watch on the upcoming one, and being able to translate the requirement into an efficient and reliable functional solution. A solid understanding of the whole trade lifecycle across sales, front office, back office and middle office are key to address these challenges.This position is a rare opportunity to work with technical and functional subject matter experts of the financial industry, and be exposed to the latest technologies deployed by the bank and grow your Finance and Capital Markets experience.Main responsibilities:
As a Business Analyst, you will be leading and contributing to projects related to the maintenance and enhancement of the solution in collaboration with the business users, the developers, and the IT support. This will cover the whole cycle from requirements gathering, specifications, and testing until the delivery to production including the following responsibilities:

• Lead workshop with business line contacts for clarification and understanding of requirements.
• Analyze functional impacts considering the technical constraints with technical lead\'s help.
• Prepare and present functional aspects of changes/evolutions to developers.
• Support the technical development team in any functional aspects.
• Organize and keep up-to-date detailed functional documentation.
• Develop test strategies in coordination with project manager and other business analysts.
• Conduct continuous testing in development environment for monitoring.
• Support and coordinate the user acceptance testing.
• Analyze and/or solve functional problems in coordination with developers.

Job Qualifications:

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Information Systems, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience as a business analyst in a financial organization.
• Excellent communication skills to bring consensus on requirements.
• Good functional knowledge of financial product & regulatory reporting.
• Knowledge on MIFID2/SFTR/EMIR or any APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles is desirable.
• Experience of Capital Market processes e.g., Pricing, Sales/Trader Workflow, etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to think out of the box.
• Excellent communications and proven documentation capabilities.
• Skilled in data analysis using database queries (Sql/Oracle/Sybase), TSQL.
• A knowledge of FPML & XML/XSLT/XPath would be advantageous.
• Autonomy to include implicit deliverables in assignment based on best practices.
• An appetite to learn both functional and technical new domain, and participate to communities.
• Good sense of confidentiality.

Good to have:

• Exposure to microservices-based architecture like Kibana, Collibra is a plus.
• Ability to convey clearly and concisely ideas in a concrete and coherent way.
• Ability to easily communicate with multi-cultural team members.
• Experience in back office system (Summit, Calypso) or front office or market risk.
• Usage of tools such as MS Office / Sharepoint / Project / Visio / Jira / GIT.
• Understanding of unified modeling language (UML), especially sequence diagram.
