What this job involves

Assist in the preparation of proposals, marketing materials / information package on buy / sell side transactions

Assist with pitch / marketing documents and any other duties that management may reasonably require

Research and analyse real estate market fundamentals

Assist with due diligence of relevant documents

Support Excel-based data processing and modelling where required

Interested? An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications, desired experience and technical skills required

Understanding of basic financial valuation concepts \xe2\x80\x93 discounted cash flows, leveraged internal rates of return, etc

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

Proficiency in English and a second language
