Our client is an established financial institution looking to hire an experienced AML professional to guide both the capital markets and private banking business on AML regulatory requirements.
This role will work closely with the head of compliance and have abundant exposure towards senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Keep abreast of AML regulatory changes, conduct impact assessments and ensure policies are kept up to date.
- Advise on account opening and due diligence for the capital markets and private banking businesses.
- Conduct Worldcheck reviews as the main checker and escalate any material findings accordingly
- Prepare MAS reporting in relation to AML/KYC requirements.
- 10 years of AML/KYC experience ideally from the capital markets or private banking industry.
- Broad AML experience covering all aspects of AML/KYC, client onboarding, periodic review etc.
- Mandarin skills will be advantageous as the role will cover Chinese clients.
