Capital Raising Director Private Real Estate Platform

Job Description


As a Capital Raising Director/ VP, you will be responsible for building and launching a private investment funds business that invests in logistics and industrial assets in Asia. You will lead the fund raising process, from initial investor outreach to closing, manage relationships with LPs, oversee the investor due diligence process, develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our funds to investors. Further, you will collaborate with senior executives to identify and pursue new business opportunities and support our group\'s strategic initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in Business Development/ IR/ Marketing in Private Equity/Real Estate or Infrastructure funds or in a Private Bank. You must have a proven track record in fundraising for alternative investment blind pool funds. You must have an excellent personality to represent the brand globally, be familiar with AML/KYC requirements, and be a strong team player. Proficient oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
