Job Summary:


The Food & Beverage Captain oversees the daily operations of the dining outlet to ensure excellent guest service, smooth coordination between service staff and the kitchen, and compliance with company standards. The role involves supervising the service team, maintaining high standards of food and beverage presentation, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the dining service team to ensure efficient and friendly service. Welcome guests, assist with seating, and ensure prompt attention to their needs. Monitor service flow and resolve any operational issues promptly. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and well-presented at all times. Maintain close communication with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service coordination. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction. Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards as per company and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or equivalent. Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or captain role within a dining outlet or restaurant. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures. Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and attention to detail. Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
