We are on the lookout for talented individuals to join our growing team! The Car Leasing Consultant Role: Leasing a car can be a stressful affair for the uninitiated. There are so many choices available, and it can prove time-consuming to source the best deals. sgCarMart aims to be the solution to this problem by acting as the bridge between hirer and leasing companies. The role of the Car Leasing Consultant will be to match customers looking to lease a car with our reputable partners in the Car Leasing industry. Think of this role as the Tinder for Cars! Responsibilities:

• Attend to customers' enquiries on our services via various communication channels

• Follow up with warm leads and successfully match hirers' requirements to our leasing partners

• Facilitate collection of cars between hirers and our leasing partners

• Establish and maintain a good working relationship with our leasing partners

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 'N' or 'O' Level

• Basic computer literacy

• Basic phone and email etiquette

• No experience is required as on the job training will be provided, but any relevant work experience in customer service will give you an added advantage

Soft Skills:

• Good time management and communication skills

• Proactive, willing to learn, and a good problem-solver

• Team player + able to work independently

Salary: Depending on your qualification or experience, you can expect a basic salary of $2,000 to $2,300, plus incentive, 13th Month and Performance Bonus
