Job Description

What you will be working on:1. Manage parking enforcement contracts, including monitoring vendors\' performance and ensuring that they comply with service standards; 2. Handle parking enforcement matter, including investigating, managing and replying to public complaints and feedback on parking infringements, as well as managing illegal dispensing of fuel at URA vehicle park; 3. Manage towing operations for wanted vehicles, release of towed vehicles and upkeep of the vehicle pound; 4. Assist in preparation for a new parking system such as formulating enforcement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and training of service providers; 5. Conduct User Acceptance Testing on new systems relating to parking and enforcement works; and 6. Undertake parking and enforcement related projects, including drafting of proposal papers; 7. Carry out procurement and tender exercise including drafting of expenditure paper and tender specifications; and 8. Conduct data analysis on parking infringement behaviour/patternsWhat we are looking for:Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Degree in Social Sciences, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related discipline. In the alternative, candidates without a degree should possess 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good project management and digital skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Good writing, presentation, and interpersonal skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think on the feet and be resourceful \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in MS Office applications, and other IT systems, e.g., GIS Fresh Graduates is also welcomed to apply.About Urban Redevelopment Authority:The Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) is Singapore\'s national land use planning authority.
