Job Description

- Position Title: Auto Mechanic/ Car Repair Mechanic
- Working Location: Sin Ming
- Working Hours: 6 Days, Mon to Fri (9 am - 6 pm), Sat (9 am - 4 pm)
- Salary Package: Basic (Up to $2,800) + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
- Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles, including identifying problems with vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
- Perform routine vehicle tune-ups, maintenance, and inspections.
- Repair or replace broken or dysfunctional parts and fix issues (e.g. leaks).
- Keep equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles.
- Completing preventive maintenance such as engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, and replacing filters.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to diagnose problems with vehicles and plan repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of each repair performed on vehicles.
- Other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Proven experience as an auto mechanic.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components of vehicles.
- Ability to handle various tools (e.g., pliers) and heavy equipment (e.g., lift).
- Effective communication skills to explain complex technical information to clients in a clear and straightforward manner.
