in-house workshop (TOS MotorWerk)

spray paint division (TOS Auto SprayWerk)
-- providing a complete one-stop automotive solution.
We are expanding our sales team and looking for
driven, motivated individuals
who are passionate about cars and eager to grow with us.
Job Responsibilities
Handle sales of new and pre-owned cars
Attend to customer enquiries and provide professional product advice
Manage the full sales process - from prospecting, test drives, to deal closing
Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Liaise with finance, insurance, and workshop partners to ensure smooth transactions
Promote and refer customers to our
in-house workshop and spray paint shop
(earn additional commission for successful referrals)
Support marketing and showroom operations when required
Requirements
Experience in
car sales
or the
automotive industry
preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented
Possess a valid
Class 3 driving license
Able to work weekends and public holidays (rotational off days)
