• Selling of Used Car

• Refinancing of vehicle loan.

• Responsible for following up with potential client .

• Manage the Group\'s Facebook page enquiry as well as other portals enquiry.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Driving license

• Engage with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through the car-buying process.

• Showcase vehicles\' features, benefits, and specifications to potential buyers.

• Conduct test drives, ensuring customers experience the full potential of each vehicle.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty.

• Use effective communication and negotiation skills to close deals and achieve sales targets.

• Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement sales initiatives.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitive offerings.

• Utilize CRM systems to manage leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey.

• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills.
