Job Description

• Automotive sales manager
• Working hours: 5 days, 9:30am - 6:30pm
• Salary: $4000 - $5000 + Commission
• Working Location: Macpherson

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Salesmen to achieve sales targets.
• Establish clear sales goals and objectives for the team, ensuring alignment with the company\'s overall targets.
• Regularly assess the performance of salesmen, providing feedback, guidance, and support to help them achieve their targets.
• Provide training and development opportunities to salesmen to enhance their skills and improve sales performance.
• Achieve a monthly sales target of 30 new cars, with both new and used cars contributing to the goal.
• Oversee the management of sales leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion of leads into sales.
• Assist salesmen in negotiating deals and closing sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Manage the sales department\'s budget, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial targets are met.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets, trends, and areas for improvement.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and trends in the new and used car markets.

Requirements:

• Min 10 years in the relevant field is required
• Experienced in leadership and team management
• Proven track record in sales in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, sales performance, and financial data.
• Possessing a valid Singapore driving license is preferred
