:

Position: Carbon Technical Specialist (Nature Based Solutions)

Industry: Sustainability Environmental Solutions

Location: Raffles Place

Salary Range: S$6,000 to S$8,000

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for conducting pre-feasibility and feasibility assessments

• Analyzing of technical requirements for each individual projects according to standards ( Verified Carbon Standard (VCS) , Gold Standard (GS) , Climate, Community & Biodiversity (CCB) )

• Handle emissions reduction estimation using approved methodologies

• Compile & Write Project Design Documents (PDD)

• Handle full process of registration requirements on carbon registries

• Design, lead and coordinate project plan for various projects

• Creating of economic models and resources allocating for project implementation

• Monitoring, Reporting and Verification (MRV) (coordinate internally with third parties)

• Assist and contribute to project developments

• Liaise closely with other various business functions in the company

• Planning of field visits

Requirements:

• Min 3 - 5 years of experience in similar capacity

• Possess degree in relevant field

• Have the keen interest to learn about new potential environmental technological solutions

• Has experience in developing, implement and monitor Corporate Sustainability strategies / policies & programs in sustainable development will be advantageous

• Prior experience in Sustainability Management will be preferred

• Possess good project and time management skills

• Fluent in communication and written skills, including research paper type documents

• Team player and ability to multi-task
