- Ensure documentation, and the use of excel to monitor the day to day volume and filing are in accordance to Bank's policy
- Design and develop processes and aligning with stakeholders
- Be involved in projects and requirement gathering
- Follow up with respective parties to ensure their day to day are carry out in timely fashion
- Knowledge on card operations
- Exposure to process flow and lean management
- Project management skills
- Available for a Summer 2025 internship
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree
- Business, Finance, Accountancy student
