The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing card invoicing, issuance, fulfilment, and transactional activities to meet daily operational requirements. This role also involves monitoring vendor performance to ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), maintaining high operational standards, and efficient turn-around-times (TAT). The Lead will collaborate closely with clients and various internal teams, including Finance, Card Operations Hub, Product, Compliance, and Solutions. \ What would a day @Nium look like?

  • Overseeing the invoicing process to ensure accuracy and timeliness, managing incoming payments, resolving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize accounts receivable processes, manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, payment processing, and reconciliation. Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers and implement best practices to streamline accounts payable operations.
  • Managing the card issuance and recarding roadmap for Singapore, Australia, and other regions.
  • Overseeing vendor implementation for new products, clients, and systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements throughout the card production and delivery process.
  • Keeping operational procedures up-to-date by staying informed about scheme and regulatory guidelines.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, efficiency, and service quality within the team and division. Collaborating with clients and cross-department stakeholders to maintain high standards of performance and quality.
  • Undertaking larger organizational projects as needed to support the department\'s growth and evolving needs.
