Care Aide Trainer
Job Description
Conduct practical care aide training session in the organization for the customers. Assist to Developing a learning plan and ensure annual training budget in line with business goals. Collaborate with business leaders, Sales leaders and internal stakeholders to identify specific topic to covers if required for future development. Manage the overall training and development curriculum, and training resources Reviewing and updating Learning & Development policies within the organisation. Candidates with relevant qualifications and/or with personal training experience With minimum 2 years of experience as a Trainer Ability to work independently and with others Extremely organized with strong time-management skills Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion Comfortable with ambiguity - stays present under stress &, makes decisions in the moment. Confidence in presenting and influencing at all levels Highly driven, energetic, flexible and team spirited.
