Responsibilities

• Handle general enquiries and appointment related matters for all clinical disciplines and services
• Carry out adminstrative tasks to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Coordinates complex triage case with the relevant clinician
• Determine appropriate avenue of care and provide health advice by collating history, gathering information, assessing and evaluating patient health concerns.
• Collates data for outcome tracking, trending and reporting
• Perform other duties as requested by Executive and/or Manager

Requirements

• Preferably 1-3 years experience in healthcare and/or community setting
• Experience with Emergency department, Ambulatory care, Care Co-ordination or previous telephone consultation is an advantage
