Summary

• Basic Up $3000
• Work Day/ Hours: 5.5 Days, office hours (west region)

Responsibilities

• Ensure completion of screening and assessment of clients/ families
• Support cross-referrals to specialists based on profile and needs
• Arrangement of appointments
• Assist with data collection and surveys
• Maintain data collation accurately, on a timely basis
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

• Strong team-player, with natural ability to interact with clients and/ or families
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
