• Care Executive (Day Care Centre)

Salary: $2300 to $3000
Working hours: Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm) | Sat (Occasionally, half day)
Working Location: Orchard BoulevardRole descriptions:

• Looks after a group of elderly clients assigned with quality care & companionship
• Ensures clients follow the activities in the daily program
• Leads and participates in group activities with clients
• To Provide Personal care and hygiene, including Medication Reminders, Oral Feeding & Toileting, Manual transfer to and from wheelchair or geriatric chair
• Vital Signs Measurement and Monitoring
• Gives utmost care and passion towards clients and staff
• Fully committed to ensure safety in all activities
• Adheres to all administrative activities
• Follows all processes, procedures and guidelines
• Follows instructions to assist clients with simple exercises
• Prompt in reporting of incidents and deviations to Centre Manager
• Retains and expands of client base.
• Supports other Care Executives (teamwork)

Requirements:

• Relevant Healthcare experience
• Healthcare Assistant Certification preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is added advantage

2. Youth Care Worker

• Working Days: 5 days/week - 44 hrs (3 shifts)
• Salary: $2,200 to $3,100
• Potong Pasir

The Youth Care Worker is responsible with delivering trauma-informed care, supervision, and management to female adolescents who have faced abuse or neglect. Focused on enhancing wellness and quality of life, the Youth Care Worker ensures that the residents' basic personal, physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs are comprehensively addressed.Responsibilities

• Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise residents in their regular activities
• Assist residents with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues at Dayspring Residential Treatment Centre and ensure their welfare and safety
• Promote discipline among the residents and be a mentor/role model to them
• Assess, respond and handle crises or conflicts
• Carry out individual therapeutic interventions based on care plans by treatment team
• Participate in providing physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, educational, and social needs of residents

RequirementYouth Mentors are required to work with young beneficiaries with complex trauma

• With experience in working with youth at-risk
• With basic processing and counselling skills
• With knowledge of common issues and disorders that appears in trauma and abuse
• Willing to work on 3-shift rotations and over weekend/Public Holidays

3. Personal Care Officer - Must have Diploma in Psychology / Social Work (Welfare Home)

• Salary : $2,500 - $3,300
• Location: Buangkok
• Working hours: 44 hours / week
• Rotating shift : DAY Shift (8:30am - 6:30pm / 8am - 8pm / 8pm - 8am)

4. Case Worker - Must have Degree in Social Work (Welfare Home)

• Salary : $3,500 - $4,200
• Location: Buangkok
• Working hours: 8am to 5pm / 8.30am to 5.30pm / 9am to 6pm- HOME A

Working hours: Mon to Thursday (9am to 7pm) Friday (9am to 6pm) - HOME B5. Perm Night Residential Care Worker (min. O level)Working location: Near to Buangkok Mrt
Working hours: 10.30pm - 8.30am | 4 days work week (follow schedule, include one weekend)
