What You'll Do



As a

Care Staff

, you'll play an active role in

creating, coordinating, and delivering programmes

that keep seniors engaged, active, and connected.





Your key responsibilities include:



Plan, coordinate, and execute

engaging programmes and community events

for seniors. Manage all aspects of event operations - from registration and logistics to post-event evaluation. Work closely with

service providers, volunteers and community partners

to ensure smooth and impactful delivery. Keep

accurate records

for programme evaluation and improvement. Lead

outreach and home visitation efforts

to connect with more seniors in the community. Support the

Centre Manager

in daily centre operations and new initiatives that bring joy to our seniors.


What We're Looking For



We're seeking someone who is

caring, organised, and community-minded

.





Requirements:



A

Diploma or higher

in social work, community development, gerontology, or a related field. Strong organisational, communication, and computing skills. Conversational ability in

Mandarin or local dialects

will be a strong advantage. A

collaborative team player

who works well with colleagues, volunteers and partners.

Open to learning and adapting to new systems and technology

when required. Experience in eldercare, social service, or community work is a plus. Most importantly -- a

cheerful heart and genuine interest in seniors.
