:

\xc2\xb7 Conduct daily vital signs, and monitoring the health of clients.
\xc2\xb7 Administer medications, after being trained.
\xc2\xb7 Act on clients\' irregular conditions / changes in behaviours, report to manager & caregiver if necessary, record in communication notes, submit incident report where required.
\xc2\xb7 Respond to emergency & accidents. Use of PPE if required.
\xc2\xb7 Support the transport team as a transport escort when assign to send and fetch clients to and from centre.
\xc2\xb7 Daily receiving of clients arriving at the centre and during their departure.
\xc2\xb7 Provide direct personal care to the elderly to carry out their routine activities and ensure their safety in the centre.
\xc2\xb7 Plan, design, and lead programs and activities.
\xc2\xb7 Lead or support clients on the daily exercises and activities and provide care for their wellbeing.
\xc2\xb7 Plan and monitor Individualised Care Plan with our Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist.
\xc2\xb7 Serve meals including tea breaks.
\xc2\xb7 Assist the clients to the restrooms. Follow infection control procedures and maintain cleanliness and safety of the premises.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Passionate, willingness and patience in serving the elderly clients.
\xc2\xb7 Humble, willing to learn, Co-operative team player.
\xc2\xb7 Self-driven, willing to take on challenges.
\xc2\xb7 Able to drive is an added advantage.

Qualifications:

Applicants with any of the following education may apply: * Diploma in Healthcare Mgt or Gerontology

• WSQ Diploma in Social Service
• SGUS programme for Care and Coordination (Community Eldercare)
• WSQ Certificate in Healthcare (Therapist Support or Nursing\xe2\x80\x8b)

Care Corner Singapore Ltd was founded in 1981, in a climate of changes in the early 1980s, as economic competition in the region intensified and the rift between the wealthy and the lower-income in particular the Chinese blue-collar workers, widened.\xe2\x80\x8bRev Tan Tien Ser and a group of passionate individuals believed that these marginalised people with lower income and little opportunities for a formal education could be helped to realise their potential and become more competent and fulfilled persons.
