Job Responsibilities:

Industry Outreach & Partnerships:

Scout and engage companies to establish hiring or internship opportunities for graduates. Build and manage strong partnerships with employers across industries. Negotiate internship agreements and facilitate employer engagement opportunities.

Career Support & Guidance:

Provide one-on-one career counselling to help mid-career individuals make informed decisions about upskilling, job transitions, or entrepreneurship. Identify and match students to suitable jobs posted on Tembusu Institute's job portal and external platforms. Support students in career planning, resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.

Events & Engagement:

Plan, organise, and execute career fairs, networking events, and employer engagement sessions. Conduct

post-graduation career workshops

to enhance employability, including interview coaching, personal branding, and job search strategies. Coordinate

ad-hoc skills-based workshops

to equip graduates with relevant soft skills and industry-focused tools.

Employment Facilitation & Compliance:

Track and report on job placement outcomes, in compliance with SSG requirements. Liaise with SSG to submit placement data, outcome surveys (TRAQOM), and ensure reporting accuracy. Monitor the effectiveness of career services and implement improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Education, Psychology, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in career counselling, recruitment, or employment facilitation. Strong employer network and proven ability to develop partnerships with companies. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), SCTP programmes, and career services frameworks preferred.
