This role focuses on the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions:- Assist in the implementation and execution of membership programs, casino marketing campaigns, promotions, and members' events as per approved plans and timelines
Support daily operations of the department, including administrative duties, system maintenance, and campaign coordination
Prepare Execution Operation Procedure (EOP) and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), campaign briefs, and necessary documentation to communicate program details clearly with relevant departments such as VIP Reservations and Business Development
Liaise with vendors and internal procurement teams for inventory acquisition, services, and payment arrangements related to campaigns, events, and loyalty initiatives
Manage and monitor stock inventory for campaigns and programs, ensuring accuracy, availability, and alignment with events or promotions' requirements
Monitor communication flow and ensure effective coordination with relevant departments to support smooth campaign and event delivery
Prepare reports and analysis for managers to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, events, redemption trends and members' engagement efforts and identify areas for improvement
Support audits, SOP adherence, and data accuracy checks to ensure compliance with internal policies and the relevant Regulatory Authority's guidelines
Job Requirements

Meet the relevant Regulatory Authority's statutory requirement of minimum 21 years of age
Degree or Diploma in Marketing and Communications, or a related field
Prior relevant experience in execution of campaigns and promotions or a related field is preferred
Detail-oriented with good time management and coordination skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Willingness to work on selected weekends and public holidays.
