Job Summary:

The Tenant Partnerships Manager will plays both a strategic and operational role in supporting WEAVE at Resorts World Sentosa and will work directly and extensively with both internal and external stakeholders to drive WEAVE-focused marketing communications and partnership initiatives, and support resort-wide activations. The successful candidate will be expected to drive tenant engagement, strengthen tenants' propositions from a resort perspective and improve overall campaign visibility to ultimately drive visitation and spend. This role also involves supporting other Resorts World Sentosa-related initiatives and projects as required.



Key Responsibilities

To develop and maintain strong tenant relations to support marketing and communications needs, participation in ongoing campaigns or proactive conceptualization of collaborative opportunities to drive visitation and spend. To lead the planning and execution of WEAVE marketing initiatives (in tandem with broader resort-wide plans) to support awareness, engagement and growth objectives. To interface with internal teams as required to support and deliver WEAVE marketing initiatives, campaigns or resort-wide plans. To maintain up-to-date and effective WEAVE visitor touchpoints and communication channels (in collaboration with relevant teams), including but not limited to the website, social media platforms, and on-site materials. To monitor and track marketing performance and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness of initiatives To provide accurate and timely updates for reporting purposes

Job Requirements

Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, partnerships and/or campaign management; experience in a retail or retail mall environment is a plus Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, excellent attention to detail and confidence in liaising with internal/external stakeholders across different levels. * Self-motivated, collaborative, proactive in follow up and capable of working independently and under pressure to drive outcomes.
